By accessing or using calligraphyfontgen.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Description of Service
CalligraphyFontGen provides a free online tool that lets users preview text in various calligraphy and script styles, and download the result as a PNG image. The Site is provided "as is," free of charge, with no account required.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site's normal operation
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish the Site's underlying code without permission
3. Ownership of Generated Content
Text and images you generate using the tool are yours to use, including for personal and commercial projects, subject to the font licensing note below.
4. Font Licensing
Calligraphy styles on the Site are rendered using a mix of open-source and freely licensed fonts (including Google Fonts). While the generated images are free to use, the underlying font files themselves remain the property of their original creators under their respective licenses. If you plan large-scale commercial use of a specific font file itself (rather than the image you download), we recommend verifying that font's individual license.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, branding, and code are the property of CalligraphyFontGen and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. This does not apply to the text/images you personally generate and download.
6. No Warranty
The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalligraphyFontGen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms, or modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it), at any time without prior notice.
